Lou Arace

Lou Arace joined 8th Avenue Food & Provisions in August 2023 as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to joining 8th Avenue, Lou held senior operating roles in various public and private equity-backed organizations where he led transformational efforts to improve customer service delivery, growth, and profitability. He has over 30 year’s experience in global supply chain and operating model transformation across various industries including food, pharmaceutical, automotive, industrial, and technology.

Throughout his career, Lou has used his core expertise in supply chain, lean manufacturing, and organizational development to improve business performance by maximizing customer experience and supply chain performance. He delivers this by working closely with team members, leaders, and partners to align performance across the entire end-to-end supply chain. Lou earned his MBA from The Pennsylvania State University and his B.S. from Messiah College. He has also been a frequent lecturer at the Supply Chain Logistics Institute at Georgia Tech University.
